To access the full range of okbe services, you must register a personal account. Each person is entitled to hold only one (1) account on the okbe Platform. The registration and maintenance of duplicate accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, voiding of all associated balances and bonuses, and recovery of any winnings obtained through the duplicate account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy. okbe shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete account information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okbe login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. All activity conducted under your account credentials, whether or not authorised by you, is your sole responsibility. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify okbe immediately at [email protected]. okbe will never request your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
Only one okbe account is permitted per household and per payment method. Multiple accounts sharing the same IP address, device fingerprint, or payment credentials may be flagged for review. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, okbe reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and recover any bonuses obtained.
okbe is required to perform identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. By registering an account, you consent to okbe's right to request, at any time, documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds.
Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to: a valid Philippine passport, SSS/UMID card, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or PRC identification card. Proof of address documents may include utility bills, bank statements, or official government correspondence dated within the past three (3) months.
Withdrawals will not be processed prior to the completion of KYC verification. okbe reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing and suspend account access pending the submission and approval of requested documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in permanent account closure.

Deposited funds are credited to your okbe account balance upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems. okbe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers. Withdrawal requests are processed by okbe within the timeframes displayed on the cashier page. All withdrawals must be made to a payment instrument registered in the same name as the okbe account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

okbe's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okbe account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbe makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall be construed to limit any right you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws or PAGCOR regulations.
okbe reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, okbe will provide reasonable notice to registered members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
